Poor customer service

The pick up from the airport was great and the driver was friendly. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with the guy behind the counter. He was not pleasant at all and ran through the terms and conditions at speed. He even pressed the buttons on the screen without giving me a chance to read. When I asked if he could clarify if there was any damage on the car he said it would be in the rental agreement emailed to me. The email did not contain any details of damage. Also he said there shouldn’t be any damage as it was a fairly new car. However there was a big dent in the rear quarter panel. I returned the car out of hours and I am still waiting confirmation that everything was okay with the car. It is now over a month since the rental ended
