Left stranded

The reviews on their Google are fake, as a member of staff was able to tell me they are encouraged by the company to get family and themselves to put positive reviews up when they get a negative one to bump it down. I hired a car with this company, and what I can say is that it was the worst service I have ever had. I arrived at Leeds Bradford airport and called the number provided to arrange the shuttle. The number was presented as a busy line. I decided to go to the car hire village and collect the car. I was advised to call the booking line to inform Driviala that I was at the car hire village, and their phone lines were not working. I talked to Alex and he told me I would be collected from the Avis office. I waited for over an hour and no one arrived. I then called back, and the office was closed. I am still fighting for a refund. I was left stranded at 6.30pm with two babies and had been contacting them since 4.30pm. There has been no apology nothing. Do not use this company
