We rented a car from the Rome Fiumicino branch. We had booked a car seat for our toddler. Our flight was delayed and though we had rang the company to update them, when we arrived we were told that they had no car seats left. We were told that our only option (at 7pm at night) was to find a shop near the airport to buy a car seat. There was no apology or help provided. Overall service was appalling. My husband had to leave us at the airport and drive c.1 hour to find a shop to buy a car seat. Would not recommend for families or anyone else.
