I have never been treated so poorly by a car rental company. The service and lack of care was disgusting. After having flown overnight into London with a child, I was told my 17 day rental was cancelled. There was no offer of help, no suggestions of what I might do next. Simply your rental is cancelled, please go away. I was stranded without a car, with all my luggage and a small child. I lost hundreds of pounds on this rental. I will NEVER use this company again and urge you not to. Pay the extra money and get better service somewhere else. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys or much much worse in this case. Shocking!
