Do not book these, especially through a third party. We booked our car from Leeds Bradford airport to be picked up at 4pm (although looking now they close at 4pm on Saturday so why accept bookings at this time?). When we arrived at the place they were closed and the phone number provided was not answered. We then had to get a taxi back to our destination and tried calling the next morning to arrange pick up.In the morning, we called at 8.30am and the man who answered the phone told us that they did not have our car anymore (so someone must have been in that 30 minutes without a previous booking to take our car). They offered us a bigger car for 30 pounds per day more as they did not have any other ones. This was a lie as when I went to look on their website they had multiple cars available, including the one we had originally booked. They said that we had cancelled the car by not turning up so we had to pay again. Needless to say we will not be doing that. Basically a lying company who try to get more money out of you when they do not answer their phone or anything. I would not recommend.
