Avoid this company. I was lied to and cheated out of hundreds of dollars.

Avoid this company!! I was lied to, and experienced very unethical service that ended up costing me well over 3x what I originally booked to pay. I prepaid via Expedia for an electric automatic car with unlimited mileage. Upon arrival I was told that they did not have the car for me that I had booked. I was told I could take a petrol instead, but would be given it as an upgrade and would have it 50% off for the trouble by Adam, who assisted me. The location was busy, and I was rushed along in a friendly manner that completely skipped over details, and I was repeatedly assured with apologies that "Adam" would ensure that my booking was better and cheaper. He told me that he would need, "drivers license, passport, return ticket, and since it's your first time here, a trustpilot review." He scanned my documents, and then began to guide me to a website. As I was clearly in a rush, he said, "If you are alright with it, let me help you get through this quickly." And tapped through my phone, leaving himself a 5 star review here saying something like, "fantastic assistance from Adam πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ" They handed me an iPad with a signature spot, and said "Sign here and we'll get you out of here quickly" and I didn't realize until later that they should have shown me images there of the gas tank and mileage. When I got into the car, I realized that it was a nearly empty tank. I filled it up at the first chance I got, not knowing their "like-for-like" policy. I drove 274 miles in my one-day booking, and when I dropped off the car, they showed me images in their system that showed mileage which did NOT match how much I had driven, making it look that I had driven over 500 miles. Another fake image showed that there had been an 80% full tank of gas which does not match the fact that I had driven ~40 miles when I had to fill the tank up for Β£59.10 (I kept the receipt). They made me pay an extra $200 charge for the miles I did not drive because of these falsified images in their system from the pickup location, (despite the fact I originally booked and had been reassured I would have unlimited mileage when I picked it up). DO NOT RENT A CAR THROUGH DRIVALIA, and if you do, comb through every piece of information in the agreement before you sign.
