AVOID! This company is a scammer. Thoroughly unprofessional. We just hired a car from them, it took over 1.5hrs to collect the car and the car offered was one size down from what we had booked. Given the time and their location in the middle of nowhere we accepted the car. Upon return, the guy goes straight to the boot and asks where is the compressor and type puncture gel? We were “what gel, what compressor. Apparently it was located under the floor of the boot. As we hadn’t lifted the boot floor, which we told him, we can only assume it was never there. His response was “prove it” it says on my sheet it was there. It’s your fault for not checking. He then demanded £120 and demanded that we sign accepting the charge. When we declined to sign he got angry, jumped in the car and parked it in such a way as to make it extremely difficult for us to get our car out of the lot. We are waiting to see what happens now but please people, avoid this bunch of sharks. They are the lowest of low in the car rental business. If I could give negative ratings I would.
