Hired a LWB Citreon. Arrived and was asked if a smaller one would be adequate that they showed me. We said no. Advised we needed a credit card in the drivers name for holding dep. It states in the small print that you need a credit card, doesn't say it needs to be a physical one or one in drivers name so ended up having to pay an extra £60 for a waiver.They did not show us to the van, we had to walk out of the back of the compound to find it ourselves. It had not been cleaned inside or out, it was filthy. There were receipts on the front seats and rubbish left too. The petrol was on orange so we had to go straight to petrol station. When we got there I noticed the back tyre was low. It should have been 65psi. It was on 17psi! When I returned it I was told I would get a call back from the manager. I am still waiting. Absolute rip off.
