First you said i had to upgrade because i didn't contact you about being late but i was able to prove I did. Then it was because my credit card (which had £6500 credit) was declined (apparently for a wrong pin) no offer to try the pin again or use another credit card, no reason or proof of the card being declined and I wasn't offered the chance to try another credit card, then you said its was maybe because I was travelling abroad and hadn't informed my bank, even though I was born in the UK and travelling in the UK. The fact is I had to pay double for 3 days hire than i was quoted for 4 days hire.
