I cannot stress enough, NOT to use this company. Booked a Luton van to move house. There was a fault with the flat bed of the van, and the van had to be returned same day prior to use. No alternative was available and I was advised by the Glasgow office manager a full refund would be given. £1,500 holding charge was refunded 3 days later, however no refund of the van charge has ever been received.A week later I contacted Kenny from the Glasgow branch who advised refunds can take 14-21 days due to backlog of refunds, which in itself doesn’t sound good for this company.So 21 days I waited. still no refund, and absolutely NO contact from this company. I then contacted customer service who advised a decision was still to be made if I was due a refund. I’m sorry but this blows my mind, different information every time this company is contacted.I asked to raise a complaint with Customer Services and was told he couldn’t do that and I would have to do it myself online, which proves very difficult to do.I then asked to speak to a Manager, which I’m well within my consumer rights to do, and would you believe she was on another call and has STILL not contacted me back.Not only was I let down with a faulty van, bad customer service throughout but I am no further forward in receiving a resolution or a refund. I urge all, DO NOT use this company, it is not fit for purpose.
