Booked through RyanAir total disaster... got stung for another 80 pound dreadful guy at reception named Adam. His people skills where non existent and very passive aggressive in nature...saving grace a driver named Billy who on his first day was so respectful and apologetic because it was his first day. We dropped the car back on the next day and thankfully Billy took control of the exchange. On the way back to the airport he sold himself as a fantastic ambassador for the company. I suggest you employ more emphatic and professional individuals as this gentleman turned out to be. Great job well done Billy ...Linda and dave
