When we rented our car they did not come outside and do a walk around with us which we thought was odd. So we took a full video of the car ourselves. We drove the car for 3 days and had zero accidents or encounters. When we went to return the car the person at the counter said “You damaged the car”. We told them we didn’t and tried showing them the video we took of the car but they charged us a couple hundred dollars anyways. We’re trying to dispute it but they won’t respond to our emails. This company is TOTAL FRAUD. Absolutely criminal.
