Took car back to Drivilia Oxford location closed down then got second location 27/5/25 but alas no one there. Had to leave car in a car park(didn’t know if it was the right one). Mission to find out if they had the car.(Booking.Com Finally got response on 4/6/25 car ok and deposit £1500 A$3000 has been released). Now 14/6/25 no deposit returned. This company is to hard to deal with. Never again. Standard reply from the company went to manage my booking as instructed and reply as expected can’t seem to find this booking. Got onto Booking.Com and now informed that deposit return takes 28 business days. Not a bad little rort have MY £1500 for over two months including hire of vehicle time. My booking no is 716117427 just give me my holding deposit it’s been 3weeks not that hard.
