I rent cars freuqently. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience (but never booked Drivalia before) When I turned up to pick it up today, I was met with extraordinary rudeness (by "Bob" at the Drivalia rental desk). He refused to rent me the car, because I was not subserviant enough to him. I never once raise my voice, I never once addressed him with lack of respect.My husband overheard it all from the waiting room, could not believe how I was treated - a clear case of misogyny and racism.
