Buyer beware - avoid. Like others, I was attracted to Drivalia by low prices. However, this company is a scam. I booked a reservation at a set price. I arrived at the rental counter 1 hour and 17 minutes late. They told me the van I rented was no longer available and I had to upgrade for 240 GBP. I spoke with the lot technician who told me they never had the van I rented to begin with. Its a scam. Their own terms and conditions give a 4 hour grace period (to pick up the vehicle!) but they would not honor it. This exact scenario happened to another customer while we were there. I will never rent from Drivalia again. Efforts to work with Drivalia are fruitless. Working with CC company as this is fraud.
