Booked through Ryanair, got a scratched-up MG instead of the VW I reserved. Over 30 marks (yes 30!) noted at pickup, but no defect report ever sent despite promises to contrary.On return, they claimed a tiny 10mm mark was “new” and charged £225 with zero proof or inspection. Then hit my card with a €350 unauthorised charge! No fair way to escalate — complaints just loop back to the same staff. Customer complaints non existent. Their Business model is to make back cost of car by spurious scratches to paintwork.Blatant money grab. Avoid this company - I wish I had.I have already used Drivilia’s customer complaints process - and received a phone call from the same individual at the local branch (Darren) that had initiated the scam. Appalling.
