At the time of collection, the person at the desk just said that there were no cars available despite being a car that I had booked a week in advance.They claimed that they had informed the travel agency that I used to make the booking (Expedia) a day earlier but there are no records of that. On my Expedia account, everything seemed to be fine so I believe that they did not do it. The person also claimed that they did not have my phone number to contact me directly, which I believe is not true because when I used Expedia to book a car with a different company, they did have all my details.In summary: No car was given to me, no alternative was offered and I was spoken to in a rude manner.
