I booked, I paid with enhanced insurance. I had to walk to the pick up location which took 25 minutes because their shuttle bus number was unanswered for over 30 mins. On arrival, they wouldn’t let me have the car unless I paid £600 more than the £100 rental charge because I didn’t have a credit card to leave a £1500 deposit which was not mentioned during booking! They wouldn’t give me a refund! So I’ve lost £160 to these crooks! Don’t book! Nightmare! My wife has a physical disability and it took 4 hours standing on packed trains and taking Ubers to get home! Now we’re car-less for 9 days!
