I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. It began with the unprofessional behavior of an employee at the airport, who nearly coerced me into purchasing full coverage insurance, which I declined. Upon returning the vehicle, I documented its condition with photos and videos, and left it early in the morning. Without any prior notification or email, they charged me €200 for a supposed 1cm scratch on the rim, which they themselves admitted was an acceptable size. This is a service to steer clear of, as they seem to profit from unnecessary insurance and damages they create themselves.
