I went to pick up the car with my family of 4 from Alicante office and I was told that the car is not available anymore as we were a no show and the car was let to someone else. We're also told that we didn't provide the flight number. I explained that we have provided the flight number and that we have been looking for the shuttle based on the instructions given on the reservation but the arrivals express location on floor -2 indicated is not marked in anyway in the airport and that my wife and I have been calling the office numbers for clarification several times on all 3 numbers provided on the booking form but there was no answer and we have got to the rental office as soon as we have seen the shuttle mini bus. The response I received to this was that the incorrect instructions on the voucher are Doyouspain's mistake and that this is a known issue for over 2 years but as we are not Drivalia's customer but Doyouspain's there is nothing Drivalia is responsible for. The staff solution was to pay a "discounted" new booking of another 400 euro on top of what I already paid. The younger gentleman with black hair in the office was very rude, unprofessional and wrong in his assessment of our situation. I am very disappointed with the whole experience and I suggest avoiding this company like the plague
