Decided to give it a shot cuz I had 50% off offer. Not worth it. Car I rented was absolute junk. Stunk like cigarettes - not like someone just smoked in it, but that long term stench like it's been smoked in every day for a decade.2 months after the rental, out of nowhere, I get a $205 cleaning charge. After hours of back and forth with customer service, the agreed to refund. Was supposed to be 7-10 business days. 15 business days later, they stopped replying to my messages online. Finally got through to a person on the phone who could see that the refund is approved and "with the finance team" the but they are backlogged with refunds and they can't give me a timeframe for when mine will be processed.Freaking joke, scam of a company. Never again.
