No response to messages about repairs on a vehicle purchased under warranty, blindsided by the initial response and sales service, but the customer service is absolutely lacking. No warranty information sent over after multiple requests. Absolutely no regard to resolving any issues or safety issues with the vehicle bought, bare in mind I have 3 children who travel in the car regularly, I do 150+ miles a day and it's been regarded as unsafe by two garages. Will be taking to the ombudsman as no response on any issues raised.
