I am writing this to warn others. I followed the formal process and signed a cancellation form for a vehicle, and I was promised a refund of my £600 deposit. However, the business has failed to return my money.When I followed up,Charlie admitted in writing that they do not have the funds available and are waiting for other customers' money to pay me back. This is highly unprofessional and a breach of contract. Instead of resolving the issue, they have attempted to intimidate me with threats of legal action just for asking for my own money back.It has been days since the agreement, and they have missed every deadline I provided. I have now escalated this as a formal dispute with my bank and will be pursuing a Money Claim Online. Avoid this dealership if you value your money and time.
