They are just acting as agents for rent-a-car services, and their customer service is the worst. I have been following up with them for the past three months regarding my AED 2,000 deposit. Every day I only receive apology messages, but no action has been taken to return my money. They even shared the contact number of the rent-a-car company, but it is not answering.
