Disappointed with the service 😒.

Disappointed with the service 😒. Paying high fares, yet receiving inadequate service. Taxis seldom arrive on time, and drivers frequently decline requests. It feels like our time and money are not being respected. This isn't the first occurrence, and it is unacceptable from a professional service 🙅‍♂️.

Appalling service and no customer support! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the service. When I booked my ride, the app clearly indicated an estimated fare of AED 16–17. However, upon arrival, I was charged AED 88 — over FIVE times the estimate! This is outrageous and feels like a deliberate scam. To make matters worse, there's no phone number, no call center, and no real customer service available. You're left to deal with a useless chatbot that provides no assistance. I can't believe a service operating in the UAE provides such inadequate support. Completely unacceptable. Revise your system and stop overcharging customers.

Charged on Card Without Using Any Service

I downloaded the app and added my credit card for validation. They charged 1 AED once validation was completed, then charged 9 AED for an unknown reason. Their customer service is also lacking; they seem uninterested in resolving the issue.

The worst scam in the UAE

The worst scam in the UAE is this taxi booking app. I kindly request everyone to avoid using this app, and I urge the relevant authorities to step in and assist us. They are taking people's money without their knowledge, and I am one of the affected individuals. I also lost my money; they are major scammers, so please help. I implore people not to use this app.

Cancelled the schedule without notice

Cancelled the schedule at the last moment without any notification. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. I advise everyone not to use this for their trips. There is no customer support.

They are never on time. Customer service is deceptive

I used the service twice. Both times, the driver was significantly late, taking 45 minutes to an hour. No apologies, nothing. Despite multiple follow-ups. The customer service representative lied both times, claiming the driver was on their way. When I eventually spoke to the driver 30+ minutes later, they hadn't even left their starting point.

Frustrating experience as a regular user

I've been a regular user, but the service has become exceedingly frustrating in recent weeks. Drivers are assigned to my booking but don't head towards the pickup point. I end up having to call them, and many ask about my destination — if they don't like where I'm going, they tell me to cancel because their 'shift is over.' Some don't answer at all, and many numbers aren't even reachable on messaging apps. It's turning into a daily hassle. At this point, it seems easier to wait outside for a regular taxi rather than pay extra and deal with this behavior. The app no longer shows accurate maps either. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
