Absolutely terrible customer service, kept me waiting over 9 hours for a replacement vehicle, no sense of urgency at all. Kept saying they would get back to me after speaking to the rental company, who were also SHOCKING!!! I asked for a call back from a manager several times, eventually got one after i said i would leave this review, and the person did not understand, just kept repeating herself. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN - i ADVISE NOONE ELSE TO EITHER
