Disappointed with the service 😒. Paying high fares, yet receiving inadequate service. Taxis seldom arrive on time, and drivers frequently decline requests. It feels like our time and money are not being respected. This isn't the first occurrence, and it is unacceptable from a professional service 🙅♂️.
