Hi,I had booked with Drive365Car Rental in Crete, Greece on 1st August 2025. Its been 45 days since i returned the car in perfect condition and the company agent confirmed the same and said the deposit amount will be refunded in 30 days. All attempts to contact the company executive has failed as they don't pick your calls or respond to messages. I also emailed the company to no avail or response. This is a serious issue now as 900 Euros has been debited from my card instead of just blocking the amount as is the general practice with rental cars. This kind of delay in refunding the deposit amount is totally not acceptable and necessary steps need to be taken by the company to revert the amount at the earliest.
