I usually try to avoid writing negative reviews but I had the worst experience using Caramel for purchase of vehicle off BringaTrailer.com. The auction ended 10/9 and check was overnighted and received 10/11. It wasn’t cashed until 10/23!! Paperwork was messed up. I received actual plates at the same time I was getting emails to re fill out forms for plates. It’s 11/6 at the time of writing this review and the car still sits with the seller. It hasn’t even been picked up yet!! It took a full month to be cleared for transport! I would like to say customer service was very nice on the telephone but every process with this company hit a snag. I would never ever use them again. They cost me money.
