A fantastic experience! The agent (T) knew everything the moment I talked to them, and they pulled up everything needed without issue! It was quite honestly like some sort of movie, because if I had a question, I got an answer ASAP! If I had an idea, they already knew it. If I was concerned, they already could see any possible concern and already had a work-around! Plus, during my conversation there were never any hesitations or waits about anything I asked! I honestly cannot believe that they were this good, and I was the one who was literally on the call lol. I highly recommend them. I’ve honestly never had any customer service experience that was this pleasant and knowledgeable, and that’s saying something!I wish everyone in customer service was this good, because if they were, no one anywhere would ever have any problems whatsoever lol.
