I requested a refund for my driving course as I am unable to have it due to medical reasons because of a combination of severe mental health issues and medication. I requested this refund on 05/09/2025 and I have been given vague assurances of contact regarding this, I have yet to have received any update regarding my refund and have had to chase them up multiple times to again only be given a vague response that I would be contacted over this. A chargeback dispute has now been raised via my bank so that I can have the funds returned to me as directly contacting them has yielded no results.
