at first I did not think twice about these kind of comments and opted to use them and ended up paying 200 pounds with no service or no refund. I will be taking this to a civil case. They don't even text me back and never even answered my calls. This is a planned scamming company which trys to run on fake reviews of people they know. Let's see how long they survive with stealing peoples hard earned money.

I really like the service they offered. I was very close to my test date and need a crash course. They offered me an instructor and was ready to take things forward. Although I ended up having other plans and didn’t use the services. it was reassuring that I was still able to get help if I needed. Thanks
If I could I wouldn't even give this company 1 star, still waiting for my refund, they don't answer emails I'vesent 8, or answer there phone, rang 10 times they are unprofessional, The way they operate is how fraudsters operate things. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY save yourself the stress.Put your trust in a professional company that communicates and gives refunds.
When they reach out to instructors offering rediculously low rates to cream a fat wedge of profit in the middle. They do not tell learners that they do NOT have their own intructors either. Clear miss-selling in action here.Please book locally with an instructor.
I really appreciate Drive Pro Intensive for their excellent service. They arranged a car for me on very short notice, which made things very convenient. I requested a refund for my driving course as I am unable to have it due to medical reasons because of a combination of severe mental health issues and medication. I requested this refund on 05/09/2025 and I have been given vague assurances of contact regarding this, I have yet to have received any update regarding my refund and have had to chase them up multiple times to again only be given a vague response that I would be contacted over this. A chargeback dispute has now been raised via my bank so that I can have the funds returned to me as directly contacting them has yielded no results.
