There was no option to test connectivity before the course. It was only after I connected for the course 10 minutes before the start that I was told that my camera didn't provide a clear enough image. I was just told to get another device - 5 minutes before the start of the course.
This was very poor service. How hard would it be to provide a test connection which would give a customer the ability to test functionality days before the course and give people the opportunity to do something about it?
The course itself and the trainer were excellent.
