I had some reservations about the course, mainly down to some of the negative reviews present here and my initial experience with Drivetech.
My first course went poorly, the teams link did not work. When contacting the customer services though staff were helpful but even though I'd been sat in the lobby for 25 mins I was told unable to join my course. They did however rebook me in.
Second time around all worked fine, though I used a different device and operating system.
My instructor was Chris from Wales. He was very professional throughout, curtious and friendly. There was no judgement from him and I can t thank him enough for making a dry course as entertaining as it was.
Course pacing and content was spot on, class engagement was fine too.
Course was a lot better than I had feared. Would recommend it to anyone who needed it.
I would only ask, add the company's phone number to your emails and text correspondence. If there is an issue, it's stressful enough if your missing the course, without the need to go searching for contact details. Also put opening times up as website states opening times later than the course start time.
It's not, I now know you open earlier but that isn't clear.
