I would give no stars if I could. Called two days in advance to rebook due to incoming inclement weather likely closing the center (so I didn’t need to waste a vacation day on this since Saturday bookings are nearly impossible) and was told I’m 2 hours too late to reschedule. Solutions were go to the test despite the weather, rebook and pay another 100 dollars, or bring evidence of inclement weather to a drive test location and appeal to a human who likely has no power to actually do anything. I would take my business elsewhere but they are the only G test available in Ontario. At this point, they may as well open this up to full privatization because the kafkaesque customer service system they operate under leaves a lot of room for improvement. If there was any other option in this province, they would have my business immediately. The lack of common sense in your management and operations is mind boggling.
