Avoid at all costs. Initially, it stated a delivery time of 3-6 days, but it ended up taking over a month! The app is completely dysfunctional, and I can't modify the time stamps. It frequently shows messages like "Stop recording, Start recording," which is extremely annoying. When I reviewed the videos on my computer, I found countless one-minute clips with incorrect time stamps, making it nearly impossible to find anything useful. After just six months, it stopped working entirely. Their website is ineffective, and when I contacted the support team, they blamed me, stating, "no one knows our product better than we do." I even had my connection and the device checked by a professional. Now, I'm trying to return it, but their website is still not operational. When I asked for an alternative method, they just sent me a link to the non-working site. Eventually, I managed to send it back using a QR code they provided, but the tracking shows it was delivered three weeks ago, yet they claim they never received it. All of this trouble for over $200!
