Eventually, I managed to send it back via post using a QR code they provided, but the tracking shows it was delivered three weeks ago, yet they claim they never received it. I placed an order earlier this week and haven't received any updates. I've sent two emails and tried to contact them via chat to find out when my order will ship, but I couldn't reach anyone. Update: I finally received a response after posting this review. They quickly refunded my purchase upon request. They were apparently dealing with a warehouse move. Although communication was lacking during that week, the outcome was better than I anticipated.
I purchased a dash cam about a year ago, and it has performed exceptionally well with only a few minor issues. The next problem arose from my end, as I bought a micro SD card that had trouble recording data. I contacted support again, and they provided outstanding service, resolving my issue, and now I have a fully functional SD card. I highly recommend this dash cam.
