I placed an order earlier this week and haven't received any updates. I've sent two emails and tried to contact them via chat to find out when my order will ship, but I couldn't reach anyone. Update: I finally received a response after posting this review. They quickly refunded my purchase upon request. They were apparently dealing with a warehouse move. Although communication was lacking during that week, the outcome was better than I anticipated.
