It frequently shows messages like "Stop recording, Start recording," which is incredibly frustrating. When reviewing the videos on my computer, I found numerous one-minute clips with incorrect time stamps, making it nearly impossible to locate anything useful. After just six months, it stopped working altogether. The website is ineffective, and when I reached out to the support team, they blamed me, claiming "no one knows our product better than we do." I even had my connection and the device inspected by a professional. Now, I'm attempting to return it, but their website is still not functioning. When I requested an alternative method, they just provided a link to the non-working site. Eventually, I managed to send it back via post using a QR code they provided, but the tracking shows it was delivered three weeks ago, yet they claim they never received it. All of this hassle for over $200!
