My sales rep, Ethan, was great and the overall purchase process was seamless and easy. That part I can’t complain about.
However, the biggest issue is the lack of communication and overall customer experience. As a second-time buyer, this experience was far worse than my first. After the initial sale, communication completely dropped off. There was no proper handoff, no guidance on next steps, and it felt like once the deal was done, I was left on my own.
It honestly felt like everything was just scripted, and once that part was over, I got ghosted.
I’d still give credit where it’s due to the team that helped with my first purchase, but this second experience was disappointing and needs serious improvement in after-sales support.
