However, once payment was made and all paperwork was submitted, a host of problems arose. My vehicle has been sitting just 10 minutes away for over a week, and I keep receiving vague responses regardless of whom I contact. Promises of receiving my car have turned into daily disappointments, making me regret my choice to work with them. As of December 8th, I still have no idea when my vehicle will be ready. I appreciate any assistance from the team in resolving this issue and hope to update my review positively.
