Even though I opted for the paid version, I receive no notifications, no date suggestions, and the claimed automatic booking feature is completely non-functional. I followed the instructions for selecting a date range, expecting the system to schedule a test when slots opened up—but nothing occurred. The customer support has been profoundly disappointing. There is no sense of urgency, no clear communication, and no genuine assistance when the service fails. The main reason for paying is to relieve stress and avoid delays, yet this service has done exactly the opposite.
