A friend of mine opted for the premium version, and for the last 10 days, there has been no progress whatsoever. Even after making a payment, they haven't received any notifications or date suggestions. The so-called 'automatic booking' feature has been completely ineffective. My friend followed the instructions precisely and selected a date range, yet the system took no action to book a test. As a witness to this, I can confidently assert that the service is utterly unreliable. Customer support has also been disappointing—no sense of urgency, vague responses, and no solutions when the service fails. The entire purpose of paying for this service is to avoid stress and delays, but it has only caused frustration. If you're serious about booking your driving test, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this service. Much better, more reliable options are available. I regret my friend ever subscribing to this. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Deeply disappointed.
