I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience with this service has been so disappointing that I feel the need to warn others.A friend of mine purchased the premium version of this service, and for the past 10 days, there has been absolutely no progress. Despite paying for the service, they haven't received any notifications or date suggestions. The so-called "automatic booking" feature hasn't worked at all. My friend followed the instructions carefully and selected a date range, yet no action was taken by the system to book a test.As a witness to all of this, I can confidently say that the service is completely unreliable. Even customer support has been unhelpful—no urgency, vague responses, and no solutions offered when the service failed to deliver. The entire point of paying for this service is to avoid stress and delays, but instead, it's caused nothing but frustration.If you're serious about booking your driving test, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this service. There are much better, more reliable alternatives out there. I regret my friend ever subscribing to this.I would not recommend this service to anyone. Extremely disappointed.
