Their customer service is great. Helped me with my issue in a fast and timely manner. So customer service deserves 5 stars. But I gave 3 because their price for filters are way too high. Also I didn’t even get notification that they were going to ship a filter to me eventually when I ordered a shower head it signed me up on a subscription for filters.
