Review Time
First of all, I ordered two of this product and a box of extra filters along with the mounting brackets. One unit is already cracked as it fell out of the bracket and hit the tile wall. Not too hard either. But the flimsy cheap plastic construction didn't hold up. Now I can't stop the auto shipments of filters. I did not sign up for auto shipments. No phone number to call. The absolute worst experience I've ever had. You should not be allowed to sell this product on the internet. Your business model is criminal.
I like the pressure from the item. However, I’ve only had it installed for 3 weeks and it cracked and now sprays water everywhere. The materials are cheap and don’t last. For the price, I expected better quality
I had some purchasing issues but apart from that, I have been enjoying my Drivse Showerhead. I love the water pressure on my skin and the pressure makes me take less time in the shower which in turn I think, saves water. I also love the on/off button which is very convenient. My skin feels cleaner and looks clearer. The only downside is that for some reason, the water gets cool very quickly and I sometimes have to rush out before it gets too cold.
I am 83 years young, and it is the best shower I have had in 21 years, the date that I moved into my condo, and found the worse water since I moved down here. The local water company has tried to buy this ugly, smelly and awful tasting water, but they will not sell. And they keep raising their rates. My neighbor's have tried for years to get rid of this company, but they will not sell. They are making to much money to sell, when I pay for nearly $59. and change for 385 gallons of water. They try to say it for waste water, but we are on septic tanks, so they should not be charging for "waste water", because we are not on a sewer system. But they will not pay any attention to that and keep charging for the "waste water"......they are crooks as far as I can tell. But your shower head makes me feel great.
Can't seem to stop the subscription for additional filter. I've called, emailed, and was told it was cancelled, yet I keep getting more filters. I've decided I don't want to deal with companies that have subscriptions. It is all such a scam because you can't cancel them.
Have not installed it yet. Reason: there is only one way I can install it. There are no provided adapters. I have to Home Depot to figure it out. I have 3 and six filters. Seems adjusting it will require sacrifice.
I like the filtration built into the shower head. I have also enjoyed the ability to turn off the shower head by just simply pushing a button without having to go to the valve. It did increase my pressure a little bit coming out. However I would like a little bit more pressure but that may not be the shower head it may be the plumbing within the house I don't know. However that's not to say that the pressure trickles the water out I just wanted to feel it a little bit more on my scalp and skin. So far it's been working great. I also had a problem with calcium buildup. I haven't noticed any buildup since I installed it mid-December and now it's late February so it's only been a few months but typically I would see the buildup already
I love the clean feel of water on my body when showering. The only thing is that the pressure of the water is not as forceful as when I first started using my iondrops shower head and hose. The pressure of the water when I showered today was really really low… which was a disappointment to me as I had to spend a longer time in the shower to wash off the soap from my body. Depite that issue I like this franchise. Only wish that the water pressure would come out forcefull as when I started to use it.
If I could leave zero stars here I would. Informed today the $39.99USD I was charged in January and then again in Feb after my original purchase in Dec was because I had requested ongoing filter replacements. Something I never willingly did but can I prove it no. Can they, no. I did receive 1 filter in Jan. I repeat 1 filter for $39.99USd or approximately $62 AUD. I can buy a 30 pack of these filters from Temu for $7. Drivse are criminals. Fraudulent money grabbing g criminals. Be very very wary of these disgraceful thieving grubs.
I purchased the hand help shower. I love the hand help shower head. The price on the filters is outrageous! I DID NOT ORDER THE filter renewal. They sent me note that my monthly order was on the way. I immediately reached out and said I did NOT click on the renewal filter order. I also went to their website and copied their page that said they would NOT charge me if this was done in error. I tried to send them the copy along with the request to cancel. They said my email was corrupted! RIGHT!!! Now they are saying I can return it to CHINA and pay the shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee! THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. YOU CAN PURCHASE THE SAME PRODUCT AND FILTERS FOR HALF THE PRICE AT ANOTHER COMPANY THAT STARTS WITH A "T" AND IS ON LINE.
