I requested a prescription, and the doctor agreed, discussing dosages and duration. I was told it would be sent immediately, but three hours later, it hadn’t arrived. During the 15-minute consultation, I attempted to restart the discussion but received no response. I emailed for assistance but did not get a resolution, only a message stating they would discuss with the doctor. I chose to pay a premium for quick service before Christmas, and despite that, I still haven't received the prescription. The lack of communication has been very frustrating. I had a good experience with this service previously.
