I received a very responsive service. After developing a chest infection over Christmas, I knew I needed antibiotics but didn’t want to spend hours in a walk-in clinic, especially feeling unwell. I chose to pay a premium for quick service before Christmas, and despite that, I still haven't received the prescription. The lack of communication has been very frustrating. I had a good experience with this service previously.
