What happened:
Immediately after subscribing, I realized the service was not as advertised
I sent MULTIPLE emails requesting subscription cancellation, refund, and account deletion
ZERO response from Dropify AI team
complete radio silence
They continue to hold my money with no service provided and no customer support
This is a SCAM operation:
✗ No customer service response (sent 3+ emails, no reply)
✗ No way to cancel subscription through their website
✗ Takes your money and disappears
✗ Ignores refund requests
✗ Ignores account deletion requests (GDPR/PDPA violation)

The support agent Mr. Abdelmajide replied on spot by following up my concern until he fix it.What impressed me most was his approach to encourage me ask for support whenever it needed. Their team was professional, helpful and prompt.I'd definitely recommend Dropify customer service to others.

I had a terrible experience with Dropify.shop, I came across his Instagram video where he promised to provide a working payment gateway for IPTV services. Based on that, I trusted him and signed up through the site, paying $100 as a subscription fee.At first, everything seemed legit, and the setup process began. But just 3 days later, my Strabl account was blocked for no reason. I lost access to my funds inside Strabl, and since then, Dropify has completely ignored me.No support, no refunds, no follow-ups. Just silence.They took my money and disappeared – classic scam behavior.This is a fraudulent operation, and I strongly warn anyone considering doing business with them. They’re only interested in stealing your money and providing nothing in return.Trustpilot and other authorities need to take action against these scammers. Don’t fall for it.
