After contacting them, a replacement arrived on July 26, but it was even worse—cracked glass and non-functioning buttons. When I reached out, I was informed they cannot issue a refund since they already sent a replacement. This isn't an isolated incident; about 1 in 5 orders has arrived defective. While another supplier had a much better track record, this service might seem cheaper but is unreliable regarding quality control and after-sales support. If you value your customers and brand reputation, avoid this service.
